My rates/salary is reflected according to what you require of me personally. Rates for working days/evenings or nights vary as well as when you require me on a weekday or weekend or 24/7, and what your personal circumstances are.  I am flexible on the hourly rate according to the hours worked...e-mail/call to discuss what your requirements are with me.

N.B Maternity nurses are self employed and responsible for their tax. Nannies/babysitters are employed by you, the parents/gardians of the child, so you are responsible for paying the tax/NI contributions.
